Congratulations to Felixstowe Ferry who won the final of the Weston Trophy at Brett Vale today.
The trophy was presented by Vicki Hunt, SLCGA president, to Jude Hanner and Linda Whybrow.
Woodbridge Weston Team, Pippa Neall, Gillian Smith, Chloe Dixon, Melissa Coffey, Sarah Beeton.
Woodbridge put up a good fight but it was not to be today.
A special thanks to the ground staff who were at the course today, and to the catering staff for the meal after the match.
Felixstowe Ferry will now go forward to represent Suffolk Ladies in the England Golf English Women’s Championship Club competition for 2025, which is listed for 30th & 31st August at the City of Newcastle.
