In perfect summer conditions, the Division 3 meeting was held at Brett Vale GC on Sunday 11th May. Thirty three ladies from nine different clubs contested this Stableford competition for players in the 22 to 31.9 handicap index range.
The weather was glorious – bright sunshine but with a bit of nip in the easterly wind – and the course was in lovely condition. It was a really beautiful place to be in the Spring Sunshine
St Audrys made us all very welcome, and huge thanks to the manager, the members and the green staff for all the work they did to help the day run smoothly.
The winner of the Silver Quaich trophy was Sheila King from Brett Vale with 40 points.
Runner up was Karen Hoskins from Seckford with 38 points on count back, with Yvonne Southey, also from Seckford coming third.
