SLPPC versus Cambs and Hunts at Ely City Golf Club June 10 2025
Another beautiful sunny day for the match against Cambs/Hunt.
After introductions and a quick coffee and bacon roll the Ladies played 4BBB match play. The course was in excellent condition, lush and green, but played quite long. Most of the 6 matches were very close or halved and the overall result was a half.
A good 2 course meal was served after the match.
The SLPPC Team consisted of: Birgitta Bostrom, Lesley Barnes, Jenny Chamberlin, Sally Crosbie, Bev Gray, Heather Beynon, Lizzi Knight, Sheila Price, Carol Brown, Yvonne Southey, Rita Bird and Julie Cook.
