The Coronation and Centenary foursomes were held at Bungay and Waveney Valley Golf Club on Tuesday 10th June.

We received a very friendly welcome at Bungay. The weather was mostly dry, but very windy, which was a keen test for the players.

This was a first for SLCGA, holding both competitions on the same day. We had 23 pairs in the Coronation Foursomes, starting on the first and 12 pairs in the Centenary Foursomes, starting on the 11th.

The course was in lovely condition, thanks to the Head Green keeper and team.

Catering manager, Kevin and his team, provided a delicious buffet and the restaurant area was beautifully presented.

Vicki Hunt, SLCGA President, presented the trophies and prizes.
